Meet Amy T. Smith, PA-C

Amy Smith, PA-C is Dr. Nunnally’s physician’s assistant.  Amy is certified and has worked closely with Dr. Nunnally since 2010.

Amy Smith is a native of Hammond and earned her Master of Medical Science Degree in Physician Associate Studies at Our Lady of the Lake College. She completed her undergraduate studies at Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge.  Amy received her national certification through the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants in 2009 and is licensed by the Louisiana State Board of Medical Examiners. She is a member of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants along with the American Academy of Physician Assistants. Amy resides in Denham Springs with her family.

Amy specializes in general dermatology and is currently accepting new patients for skin cancer screening, moles, acne, early hair loss or thinning hair, rosacea, rashes, cysts, warts, eczema, melasma, and psoriasis.  She sees and treats many children with molluscum contagiosum (viral warts).  She also treats and manages many of our acne patients at Dermatology and Aesthetic Institute.

Amy is usually able to offer same day appointments and also provides Botox services.
